Retreat to nature where an abundance of plants and wildlife thrive in Canada's mildest climate. We are located in a rain shadow on the eastern shore of Vancouver Island between the Island's mountains and the Mainland.

We combine comprehensive detoxification, rejuvenation and healing programs combined with spa and naturopathic treatments.

We also offer professional psychological counseling and stress management services.
